14He shot a bit to the left of the intended target .. I suspect the IED contributed to the blast. The 30 mm was delivered more or less blind. Thermal contrast was low to non-existent post blast. I saw no compelling reason to employ a Hell-fire projectile (there didn’t appear to be potential for return fire). They did a good job of assessing friend or foe .. although it was pretty bloody obvious .. they go out of their way to find a possible legit reason .i.e. non-hostile intent.
