    We as Americans should not only execute the degenerate who threw the puppy but also round up and put to trial for treasonous acts Pelosi, Reid, Bush, Cheney, Obama, Biden, Rumsfeld, and any other members of Congress or current and past administrations. Those convicted can then be publicly hanged.
